Every student moves through a clear, four-stage cycle designed to identify gaps, build skills in a small group, and keep growing until they're confident and independent.
Student Assessment (Before Starting)
- Students complete registration
- Select grade level and state
- Complete a diagnostic assessment
- Identify strengths and learning gaps
The 3-Week Learning Cycle
Students join small group tutoring built around their grade level and skill level.
- Online groups of 3–5 students, matched by grade and skill level
- 2 sessions per week, each lasting 45–60 minutes
- Lessons follow grade-level curriculum standards
Students focus on:
- Improving weak skills
- Mastering important concepts
- Building confidence
- Developing problem-solving strategies
Progress Evaluation
- Skill assessment
- Tutor feedback
- Progress review
