Our Team
Meet our founder and the volunteers who make free tutoring possible.
Janesh Sai Cherukuri
Hello, my name is Janesh Sai Cherukuri, and I am the founder of Tutorix.
I started Tutorix because I believe that every student deserves the opportunity to learn, improve, and feel confident in their education. As a high school student, I have experienced the challenges of learning difficult topics and understand how helpful it can be to have someone guide you along the way.
Tutorix began with a simple idea: students helping students. I wanted to create a free tutoring program where younger students can get the help they need in math without worrying about cost. Through Tutorix, we provide free math tutoring for students in grades K–8, helping them understand concepts, solve problems, and build confidence in their abilities.
My goal with Tutorix is not only to help students improve their grades, but also to help them develop a positive attitude toward learning. I want every student we work with to feel supported, encouraged, and reminded that they are capable of achieving great things.
Tutorix is more than just tutoring — it is a community built on kindness, learning, and giving back. By bringing together students who want to teach and students who want to learn, we hope to make education more accessible and create a lasting impact.
Thank you for supporting Tutorix and joining us on our journey to help students learn, grow, and succeed.
